IVA - The Process

Firstly...

One of our debt consultants will contact you to discuss and assess your financial circumstances and see if an IVA is the right debt solution for you. If you are suitable for an IVA, you will be 'nominated' by one of our Insolvency Practitioners.

Secondly...

Your Debt Consultant shall discuss your repayment options with you and help you to decide the best proposed payment plan for you that you can afford.

Thirdly...

Each of your creditors will receive a copy of your proposed payment plan and as long as the majority of the creditors (the majority must add up to 75% of the total of the debts) accept then the IVA becomes a legally binding agreement for all of your creditors - even the ones that voted against.

Lastly...

Once the IVA is approved you simply pay the agreed amount in one simple monthly payment to Debt Consultants and we shall distribute the money to each of the creditors as laid out in the IVA.
